The Summerset Grills SBG Series 30" natural gas BBQ grill features two (2) stainless steel u-tube burners, for 52,000 BTUs of total cooking power. 14-gauge stainless steel flame tamers help reduce flare-ups and ensure the grill has even heating across the grilling surface. Reliable startup every time, with the Flame-Thrower ignition system. Backup flash tubes, with cross-over tubes between burners, allow for one burner to easily light off the other. Large, easy-to-turn control knobs with rugged surround make operation simple. A full drip tray makes cleanup effortless. The large 541 square inches of the overall cooking surface that offer 9mm-thick stainless steel cooking grates are perfect for grilling for a large party.

This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.

I've been using it to keep teh lights going, charging up the small electronics, and run the fan in the burning hot nights. The only negative was that we had to wait about 4 weeks for the Freeze Dryer to arrive at our place. I would have given this 5/5 if it wasn't for this problem.
