About This Delivery: The weight and packaging of this handcrafted sauna sanctuary requires delivery by special appointment, and on a wooden pallet. This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.
