In fact, CRYSTAL QUEST® Luxury Shower Power Handheld and Shower Head Combo filtration system is the strongest replaceable shower filter available on the market today. It can be easily changed and operated in either direction. Periodic reversing of the cartridge not only ensures balanced filtration and eliminates the potential for channeling, but also back-flushes the cartridge as it is filtering.

With the 3-way push-pull diverter system, you can conveniently change flow of water. Use either shower head or hand held for the ultimate shower experience.

Water travels down through the filter, passing through both ERA-6500 and ERA-9500 media for de-chlorination and enhances pH balance. Note: The hardness of your water will determine the performance of the Bath Ball® filter. Hard water has the ability to damage the coating on the chrome Bath Ball® filter. If your water is hard, then we recommend wiping down the Bath Ball® after each use or purchase the white Bath Ball® for durability against your water.
