ThermaSol PowerPak Series III Commercial Steam Generator - 24LR-480

Designed with durability in mind by using a split tank design to enhance performance and lifespan the ThermaSol PP24LR is a must have. It is a 24kW commercial generator for health club steam rooms larger than 1000 cubic feet (CF). The ThermaSol PowerPak generators give you constant steam at a constant rate.

This generator can be installed up to 50 feet from the steam room with no additional drain line required. The cleaning system uses the steam room drain making cleanup one less thing to worry about. Along with all access from front & top panel to give you ease with any service needed.

PRO Series, AF Series, and SSM Series Generators manufactured from June 1, 2007 - current

No warranty of any kind, expressed or implied is provided for PRO Series, AF Series and SSM Series Generators installed or used in any non-residential setting.

“In-Home” Limited Warranty
ThermaSol extends to the original purchaser a 2-year limited “In-Home” warranty to repair or replace (at its discretion) PRO Series generator parts found to have manufacturing defects, and to provide the necessary labor. 2-year limited “In-Home” warranty to repair or replace (at its discretion) AF Series and SSM Series generator parts found to have manufacturing defects, and to provide the necessary labor. After the “In-Home” Limited Warranty expires, the Lifetime - Factory Limited Warranty applies.

Lifetime - Factory Limited Warranty
ThermaSol will replace any defective parts for the life of the product and will cover the labor at the factory. The customer is responsible for the removal/installation and shipping to and from our factory in Round Rock, TX. ThermaSol guarantees all parts to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use when installed in a residence only.

EXCLUSIONS
These warranties will be terminated by ThermaSol for the following reasons:
1. Improper installation, such as installation that fails to observe National/Local Plumbing and/or Electrical codes.
2. Use of a residential unit in a non-residential or commercial application, including a hotel.
3. Service to equipment by unauthorized personnel.
4. Installation that does not permit proper access for service.
5. Non-payment of repairs not covered under warranty.
6. Modification to any part of the unit.
7. Use of non-ThermaSol repair parts.
8. Alteration or removal of product serial number.

LIMITATIONS

1. ThermaSol will not be liable in any way for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from the sale, delivery, installation or use of its products. Users are responsible for suitability of the products for their application. Damage resulting from improper specification or application or other operating conditions beyond ThermaSol’s control is not under warranty.

2. ThermaSol will not exercise reasonable efforts in rendering service under these warranties, but shall not be liable for any damage arising out of delays; these warranties only cover the repair and/or replacement of ThermaSol product as specified by the warranty.

3. ThermaSol does not guarantee that a local service person will be available for in-home services. Unit may have to be removed and reinstalled at owner’s expense. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the carrier/carriers for any product that has shipping damage to or from ThermaSol. An EVA (Evaluation Number) must be obtained from the factory and used on any correspondence or packages sent to the factory.

Close to perfect .

This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.

Well.... let me tell y'all, this Ecoflow River 2 is somethin else. It's small and portable AND the right size to throw in the back of the truck for our weekend camping trips. I've been using it to keep teh lights going, charging up the small electronics, and run the fan in the burning hot nights. WOO the solar panel was easy to set up and work like a charm....even when the sun doesn't want to come out to play hahaha. Great reliable power if I say so myself

Freeze Dryer

Got a large freeze dryer just so we can make and preserve as many food as possible! I am very pleased with the quality of the freeze dried food and variety of food that we can put into the system. The only negative was that we had to wait about 4 weeks for the Freeze Dryer to arrive at our place. I would have given this 5/5 if it wasn't for this problem. I guess this product is very high in demand
