WARRANTY

The warranty period for is 1~25 years for different Sungoldpower products. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the day of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

LIMITED TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER BUYER

The warranty on Sungoldpower's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

EXCLUSIONS

Sungoldpower's warranty does not apply to:

  • Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Sungoldpower's current product literature.
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
  • If any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

REPLACEMENTS

Sungoldpower will replace any Sungoldpower product that fails to operate (within 30 days). A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. If the products appear faulty because of inappropriate operation, we can only help fix the issue and don't accept returns or replacements. The customer needs to pay all the fees for accessories and shipping.

If you want to replace one of the damaged parts, please contact us to arrange to send the replacement part. (under warranty)

USED PRODUCTS

The warranty period is one year. If the product appears a problem within 30 days naturally, Sungoldpower will cover all the shipping fees and repair fees for back and forth. If the product appears a problem within 1 year naturally, Sungoldpower will cover the repair fee and the customer needs to cover the shipping fee for back and forth. Sungoldpower shall not be responsible for the after-sale of products purchased through sales channels other than those designated by Sungoldpower. Customers can purchase accessories from Sungoldpower but Sungoldpower is not responsible for the after-sale of accessories.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Our products come with a 30-day return policy. Within the return period, Sungoldpower will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Sungoldpower offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Sungoldpower.com. We are confident that you will love your new Sungoldpower product. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.

Well.... let me tell y'all, this Ecoflow River 2 is somethin else. It's small and portable AND the right size to throw in the back of the truck for our weekend camping trips. I've been using it to keep teh lights going, charging up the small electronics, and run the fan in the burning hot nights. WOO the solar panel was easy to set up and work like a charm....even when the sun doesn't want to come out to play hahaha. Great reliable power if I say so myself

Got a large freeze dryer just so we can make and preserve as many food as possible! I am very pleased with the quality of the freeze dried food and variety of food that we can put into the system. The only negative was that we had to wait about 4 weeks for the Freeze Dryer to arrive at our place. I would have given this 5/5 if it wasn't for this problem. I guess this product is very high in demand
