      This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.

      Well.... let me tell y'all, this Ecoflow River 2 is somethin else. It's small and portable AND the right size to throw in the back of the truck for our weekend camping trips.       Got a large freeze dryer just so we can make and preserve as many food as possible! I am very pleased with the quality of the freeze dried food and variety of food that we can put into the system. The only negative was that we had to wait about 4 weeks for the Freeze Dryer to arrive at our place. I would have given this 5/5 if it wasn't for this problem.
