Anker Product Warranty & Return
All Anker portable power stations purchased on AnkerDirect and Anker authorized resellers come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below. By using an Anker portable power station, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Anker limited warranty.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases made on AnkerDirect and Anker authorized resellers. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Anker's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

2. Exclusions and Limitations
Not covered under warranty:
- Products that are damaged or modified.
- Product operated with a damaged cord, plug, or output cable.
- Products that are disassembled.
- Products cleaned with harmful chemicals or detergents.
- Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Products that have been refunded.
- Products with an expired warranty.
- Lost, stolen products.
- Damage from outside sources.
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, use of the product in excess of its output rating, exposure of the product to rain or snow, extremely low air pressure, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly).
- Purchases from illegitimate resources.

Process:
Step 1
- Claim your warranty on https://us.anker.com/pages/exchange, or contact Anker customer service team at support@anker.com or +1 (800) 988 7973(US).
- Attach a short video to show us the issue and a detailed issue description.
*Our support team will get in touch with you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Step 2
- Once your portable power station is confirmed to be defective after troubleshooting, a prepaid label will be provided. Our support team will provide further instructions on how to properly package the product and return it safely.
*Please note that we can only provide prepaid return shipping labels for return packages in the US and UK. For returns in other countries and regions, we'll cover the return shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team at support@anker.com for more details.
Step 3
- Our support team will send a replacement once the defective item is received at our warehouse. The replacement will take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
- The defective item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equivalent value or a new item if a factory refurbished model of equivalent value is not available. If a replacement is not available or if you prefer, Anker will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item.
*All replacement items will follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer.

- Due to shipping regulations, please make sure that the remaining power of the portable power station is lower than 30% before returning.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Metro Manila takes 3 to 5 days, Luzon takes 5 to 7 days while Visayas and Mindanao takes 7 to 10 days. This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.

Well.... let me tell y'all, this Ecoflow River 2 is somethin else. It's small and portable AND the right size to throw in the back of the truck for our weekend camping trips. I've been using it to keep teh lights going, charging up the small electronics, and run the fan in the burning hot nights. WOO the solar panel was easy to set up and work like a charm....even when the sun doesn't want to come out to play hahaha. Great reliable power if I say so myself

Freeze Dryer
Got a large freeze dryer just so we can make and preserve as many food as possible! I am very pleased with the quality of the freeze dried food and variety of food that we can put into the system. The only negative was that we had to wait about 4 weeks for the Freeze Dryer to arrive at our place. I would have given this 5/5 if it wasn't for this problem. I guess this product is very high in demand
