All Anker portable power stations purchased on AnkerDirect and Anker authorized resellers come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below. By using an Anker portable power station, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Anker limited warranty.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases made on AnkerDirect and Anker authorized resellers. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Anker's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

Step 3 - Our support team will send a replacement once the defective item is received at our warehouse. The replacement will take 3-5 business days to be delivered. - The defective item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equivalent value or a new item if a factory refurbished model of equivalent value is not available. If a replacement is not available or if you prefer, Anker will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the defective item. *All replacement items will follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer.

Q1: What should I do when using a solar charger to charge Anker SOLIX F3800?
The solar input supports an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. If using an 11-32V solar charger, the current supports 10A max. For a 32-60V solar charger, the current supports 25A max.
Q2: Why is the power station not working after it hasn't been used for a long time?
Storing the power station at a low capacity for an extended period can lead to lithium batteries self-consuming power. This results in a quick discharge, poor conductivity, reduced battery lifespan, and diminished performance.
Q3: How should I store and maintain the power station?
Turn off all outputs.
Store it in a cool and dry place.
Check the battery capacity weekly. If it’s below 30%, fully charge it.
Charge the power station to 100% every 3 months.
Q4: In UPS mode, do the 240V ports work?
In UPS mode, only the three 120V ports labeled "UPS" are operational; the 240V ports do not function.
Q5: How do I charge my electric vehicle?
Double-press the 240V power switch to activate EV mode charging, then you can recharge your EV.
Q6: What should I do when using Anker SOLIX F3800 to power a transfer switch?
Check and ensure the neutral (N) and ground (PE) wires of the inlet box or transfer switch are properly connected. Connect Anker SOLIX F3800 to the transfer switch via the L14-30/14-50 port, then turn on the AC. Missing neutral (N) and ground wires may cause damage to appliances on the circuit.

This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.
It was time after5 years to replace my pump. The pump arrived on time and worked great. If there is any criticism I have. They should state their shipping method on their web site. Not all people can use FedEx. Other than that I was super satisfied with the product and seller
Well.... let me tell y'all, this Ecoflow River 2 is somethin else. It's small and portable AND the right size to throw in the back of the truck for our weekend camping trips. I've been using it to keep teh lights going, charging up the small electronics, and run the fan in the burning hot nights. WOO the solar panel was easy to set up and work like a charm....even when the sun doesn't want to come out to play hahaha. Great reliable power if I say so myself

Got a large freeze dryer just so we can make and preserve as many food as possible! I am very pleased with the quality of the freeze dried food and variety of food that we can put into the system. The only negative was that we had to wait about 4 weeks for the Freeze Dryer to arrive at our place. I would have given this 5/5 if it wasn't for this problem.
