1. What is the function of a battery inverter?
 
The battery inverter is pivotal in solar energy systems, as it seamlessly transforms the direct current (DC) power from solar panels into alternating current (AC) power, ensuring compatibility with the electrical grid and enabling usage in diverse appliances and devices. Its absence renders the electricity from solar panels unusable.
2. What's the difference between a Modified Sine Wave (MSW) inverter and a Pure Sine Wave (PSW) inverter?
 
The MSW inverter is very noisy and has a rugged waveform which can negatively affect how your appliances work.
On the other hand, the PSW inverter features a cleaner output, with a smooth and consistent waveform that is even cleaner than the grid. Inductive loads, such as microwave ovens and motors, operate faster, quieter, and cooler when connected to the PSW inverter.
Note： We used to measure the waveform quality using THD (total harmonic distortion).

5. Why do my electrical appliances trip?
 
There are several reasons that may cause trip problems:
1. When multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the combined voltage or current may exceed the inverter's capacity. As a result, the inverter's over-current and over-voltage protection functions may trip for safety reasons.
2. When inductive loads are in operation, it is also important to consider the peak current and voltage of these loads. Common inductive appliances include air conditioners, refrigerators, humidifiers, vacuum cleaners, treadmills, microwave ovens, range hoods, audio equipment, and electric fans.
3.When a certain electrical appliance has a short circuit issue, it may also trip.
4.It may also be caused by loose circuit wiring or poor contact. In such cases, disconnect all circuit breakers and use a screwdriver to individually inspect and tighten the wiring of each circuit breaker.
6. What can I use with the Renogy 1000W 12V pure sine wave inverter?
 
Loads with a power rating of 1000 watts or less are used, such as fans, lights, and 12V batteries with a current rating of 80 amps or less. It is always recommended to avoid using all loads simultaneously if the combined power consumption exceeds 1000 watts.

This is a cool little machine. The only reason it doesn’t have a solid five stars is there was a small vacuum problem when I first received the unit. I was pretty sure it was just a door adjustment that was needed. So, I called Customer service. Which by the way went exceedingly well. They sent me a video confirming my suspicions. The problem is corrected. I’ve ran four batches and they’ve all turned out as I expected them to. If I was gonna do anything, I would’ve purchased a larger model. As it’s hard to get ahead on your food storage when you’re eating it all. I am now going to try the candy mode. 😃. My overall experience from ordering, to customer service, shipping (which I would give the person that delivered it a 10.), delivery, and set up was great! I would recommend your company to anyone wishing to buy a freeze dryer.

Well.... let me tell y'all, this Ecoflow River 2 is somethin else. It's small and portable AND the right size to throw in the back of the truck for our weekend camping trips.
